Hey friends. The first single from my new album, New Season, is going to be released on January 16th! It’s called The One Thing and it is a rock behemoth of a track.

Luke and Jose Remix Competition - Results!

Back in September, Luke Leighfield and Jose Vanders released a cover of Blindsided by Bon Iver (free download here) and launched a remix competition via SoundCloud. There were well over 70 entries, hence why it has taken so long for Luke and Jose to reach a verdict! However, the results are below. Click on the names of the remixers to hear the remixes.

Massive congratulations to all of the people named below - it was extremely hard for Luke and Jose to pick a winner due to the vast quantity of amazing remixes that were entered, and there were still many more exceptional remixes amongst the entries that aren’t listed below. Hi team. I just got back from China and I’ve added some new bits to the shop.

Firstly, and most importantly, I was able to bring a few copies of my Chinese Greatest Hits CD back to the UK! The CD is a 19-track behemoth featuring all my ‘hits’ and a few cheeky rarities. This would make the perfect Christmas gift for a cherished one, because 1) it’s the perfect introduction to my music, and 2) the cover is red and Christmas is all about red stuff. Obviously. But I couldn’t fit many in my suitcase so act fast if you want to get one!

Secondly, I had some t-shirts printed exclusively for China and I’ve added those that were left over to the shop. Design duties were handled by the ever-wonderful Matt Withers.

If you like watching posh people drink champagne and talk about their relationship woes then you might have been enjoying Made in Chelsea on Channel 4 recently. They’ve been kind enough to use a few of my songs in this series, which is very nice of them.

Last night they played ‘Have You Got Heart?’ at the start, my cover of ‘Man on Wire’ by Jose Vanders in the middle, and Jose’s cover of ‘Have You Got Heart?’ at the end. A triple whammy. Episode 7 track listing.

They also played ‘Lullaby’ on episode 1, and ‘If You Haven’t Got Anything to Say’ on episode 3.
